Cancellation

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you are unable
to make your booked appointment. This helps us to rebook the slot and is
greatly appreciated. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to our ‘no
show’ terms.

No-shows

In the event of a no show, we require a payment of 50% of
the booked treatment(s) to cover our time and staffing costs. Rebooking options
are at the discretion of management.

Matted Fur

In the event of serious matting in your dog’s fur, we will not
continue the groom, as this can cause more damage to your dog’s coat and skin,
as well as potential distress. We will attempt to contact you to discuss
options, including possibly shaving the area. If we do not hear back from you, we
will end the grooming session. You may still be required to pay the cost of the
full treatment(s) booked.
