A little bit about Lilly!
Lilly can’t go anywhere without spotting and fussing a dog.
She started grooming at the age of 15 years old and has now been grooming for 16 years.
City and guilds qualified, Certified Dog Groomer (ICMG).
Lilly has two of her own pups - a jackapoo called Dolly, and a spaniel called Kenn - as well as a variety of other animals.
Dolly had IVDD, she underwent surgery 4 years ago to have her discs extruded to relieve her spine from being crushed by shattered discs. Although surgery went well, Dolly still doesn’t have the use of her back legs and therefore is paralysed. She’s lives a very happy life in wheels now- there’s no stopping her!
Kenny rescued Lilly in August 2025, he was just 16 weeks old when Lilly collected him. Life has been hectic ever since!
Lilly loves grooming all dogs, but especially loves the “banned from other groomers” or very anxious dogs. Taking time and patience to build up trust and over coming fears is her true specialty. She understands that dog grooming isn’t a one way fits all; every dog groom is tailored to each individual dog.
Lilly is a one-to-one dog groomer. Therefore only one dog or family of dogs is in the salon at one time. This allows for the salon to have a calm environment and the dogs to have Lilly's full attention.
